Margaret

Margaret Lee is the Center for Equity, Gender, and Leadership Postdoctoral Scholar at the Haas School of Business (entered: 2018). She has a Ph.D. in Organisational Behaviour from London Business School. Her research draws on and develops psychological models of interpersonal attraction to understand important organizational behaviors. Specifically, her dissertation examines the impact of employee physical attractiveness on negotiations, selection decisions, and status conferral.

She is currently exploring whether ordering tasks in increasing difficulty or decreasing difficulty promotes more efficacy, and whether momentum and efficacy can affect performance outcomes.
