How do people navigate their social worlds?
Juliana Schroeder is a Professor and the Harold Furst Chair in Management Philosophy and Values at UC Berkeley’s Haas School of Business. She studies how people make sense of other minds — and how those judgments shape whether we talk, trust, help and connect. Her research shows why a voice can humanize where text cannot, why people underestimate the value of reaching out to others, and how technology is changing social life.
